however, I'm getting that most people prefer to respond to unsolicited phone calls, cattle calls via text/email. Takes a lot of work to get out there and market NSA services to stand out as an exceptional, enthusiastic, over the top loan signing specialist.

It takes a lot of work to be the first person called for work in any given area.
