There's plenty of 4-star SSs and title companies that are less than stellar.

As far as faxbacks, a world-class, white-glove NSA shouldn't have problem with that. I scan back docs with a portable scanner and upload them with my phone or laptop. I made $1100 just on Monday with just one client closing investment properties for just one borrower. Scanned back the encrypted PDFs straight from the table. In and out in 4 hours. One of the many perks of being the go-to NSA.
