This has happened on more than one occasion & the order is normally from a SS. They weren't cognizant that 2 properties with 2 separate loans were in the document package.
At those times, I reached out directly to apprise them of the 2-loan discovery. Their response was they'd check into it, then I'd receive a revised order confirmation. Each time they didn't request a fee quote. They increased the order to the fee amount they have on file for my services (2 signings, same location) OR they'd split the order sending 2 order confirmations (also using the fee structure for my services).
I always thank them and let them know how very much I appreciate their business and that I value their support. Congrats that it worked out smoothly, Van
