My similar one for today had the borrower's first name spelled incorrectly below each signature line, and he really signs it the incorrect way! ID has correct spelling. Lender/title would not change, and said they'll just find a Notary Public who will sign it as is. As an example, let us say his name is Jole, as shown on his ID, but he signs Joel, and Joel is what is on the docs.
