Just Got A Cattle Call Text From Mortgage Docs . . .

. . . for an application signing for the whopping fee of $30.00. Are you frickin' kidding me . . . who in their right mind is accepting these? I've been accused of being a low-ball notary in my day, but even I wouldn't accept that assignment.
