Normally - I do share that & provide a screen shot. A number of years ago my skilled instructor & mentor advised me to provide the reason. Under normal circumstances I do provide them with a screen shot (if requested); however, in this instance (considering the extensively enduring history of difficulties w/paying notary signing agents & that it's EOM w/my schedule being chock-full and no time for a detailed discussion/rebuttal, which usually ensues) I replied with:
"Currently, it’s end-of-the-month rush and my schedule is completely booked. Thank you"
