This is a topic we've oft thrashed out here on the NR forum with dynamic vigor and interest. 
We're all cognizant that online reviews can make or break a business. Several comments previously posted within the NR forum have conjectured that some reviews submitted on NR in SC are "malicious or fake."
As such, legislation would be of great interest to most business owners regarding the accountability and correlated consequences regarding false testimonials/reviews.
