| transferred to their bank....and, she just said well I have to follow lender instructions regarding paying off those cards....so, he's just going to have a credit balance/double payment on those accounts. Buyer kept calling me off and on all day....I just didn't answer. Wanted him to redirect his thought process to talking to escrow....not me. |
