Do your homework. Things have changed since you've been in the biz, and am afraid its not good. Too many low baller nsa's accepting $40 for Reverse Mortgage applications for example. Be diligent about getting paid YOUR FEE (what you're net worth is first)
As LD indicated above, calculate ALL of your expenses in order to provide yourself with a profit margin, then market market market the heck out of yourself online and everywhere you can drop your business card, in order to make that profit margin goal each month.
No such thing as volume work for less than $100.
