This guy "J" is off his rocker imo...I got a quiz call a few weeks ago about what the APR is and I think a compliance agreement and explaining them to him.
"mobile closer" absolutely is valuable, you are not sitting in a title office or UPS behind a desk, you are "mobile"
"former loan officer" = you have knowledge of the loan package as you put them together

I have a free listing, but only got one call which canceled from it a few hours before going for an application. Another dying platform just like the coffee site. I used to get a bunch from them, now nothing, 1 every 3-4 months if that. Saving my money. Everyone needs to push back. jmo |
