Suggestion, open a new checking account or prepaid debit card with just enough money to pay for gas and necessities. Ask for an ATM card. I would set the limit at no more than $500 and make frequent deposits into the account as the money is spent. If there is an event with the skimmer and they get the information on the card, close the account and open a new one quickly.
