You have to scan your document to a pdf file

then upload that to your outgoing fax. I used it several times - will warn you that if you get a message back from the recipient that they can't read your faxback or it's illegible (too light, can't see it, etc etc) don't be surprised - happened to me quite a few times. Seems the scanning then the transmission then the re-transmission has tendency to degrade the quality of the document.

 Yes, you can only fax a pdf file. I've had to do it a -  MW/VA on 7/19/17 1:29pm
