We’re noticing that sound alerts are not being triggered for notifications on the Apple/iOS version of the My Signings mobile app.
We’re actively working to resolve the issue. We will send a follow-up message when the issue has been resolved.
Please note that you will continue to receive notifications while we resolve this issue, but you will not hear the accompanying sound unless you have the app open.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
