I Am Curious As To Where You Got This Information Narayan

Because according to the Bankruptcy clerk's office, American Signing Connection filed a non-asset Chapter 7 Bankruptcy meaning that they have no assets meaning none of us can file a claim against them. The paperwork I received from the United States Bankruptcy Court specifically states that no claims can be filed as these people have no assets.

We can, however, file a complaint if we assert that the debtor is not entitled to receive a discharge of any debts under any of the subdivisions of 11 U.S.C. 727(a(2) through (7). or if we want to have a debt excepted from discharge under 11 U.S.C. 523(a)(2), (4), or (6).

Or we can file a motion if we assert that the discharge should be denied under 727(a)(8) or (9).

The most important thing you can do at this time is to contact the Bankruptcy trustee, Tiffany E. Caron, at 912-234-1215 and let her know that Lorrie Todd continued to contract with notaries throughout the United States to perform notarial services while she continued to keep all the money that was paid out at the time of funding. This should be considered as theft of services. There are 619 creditors listed in her bankruptcy filing for $363,519.
