I've been meaning to make something like this, but mine will be sheets of paper I keep near the phone. I could fill out some more of the blanks once the order arrives. I wouldn't send it back with the package, because I want to keep it and don't want to bother to scan it.
If I were sending something like this back to title, I wouldn't have any obscure abbreviations on it. Title or the lender might have the same abbreviation but with a different meaning, and get confused. |
