Every other package I've handled has the borrower's name at the bottom left -- not a signature line. I haven't had that Addendum signed with no issues. The only ones I've had signed are Chase packages. Because back on 2/2/18, fka TSI sent out the following email:
"Hi Partner,
We’re writing to let you know about a new requirement for JP Morgan Chase orders: The borrower must fill out and sign the new demographic information addendum. Failure to do so may result in disbursement delay.
Here’s the demographic information addendum for your convenience – please make sure the borrower complies and completes this form as instructed."
That's why I wondered. I haven't seen that requirement for any other lender.
