In all the years that you have posted on Notary Rotary, Bagger, you rarely contribute any positive, meaningful, useful, beneficial information for your fellow notaries. I think you should go back under your rock.
You seem to be retired, but come out of your retirement only to stir the pot here, leaving no intelligence behind for our membership. If you don't like some of our posts here, don't read them, move on.
The point of my original post, since you missed it, is that it is becoming just as difficult and expensive to rent here on the Central Coast as it is to purchase. Not just here, but my cousin in Nashville tells me he just sold his home there in Brentwood, and after all the remodeling projects over 25 years, he really didn't make any money, but always had a lovely home. The costs of owning a home do, far outrun the costs of renting, but it is getting more and more difficult to rent.
