| Unfortunately many areas of the country still have to work with SS to get closings. Title companies use SS's more and more not to deal individually with us, vet us, schedule us, send us checks when it's easier to hire a company who takes care of it for them. I don't think the opportunity is there for everyone to work directly with title companies any longer. Even here in central FL, title companies used to pay more working direct with them, no more...it's all the same $$$ in the end. When I close at a title company, it's through a SS...leaving cards and marketing doesn't help, they go through their vendors. |
