| Brought this up before. In Ca. it is easy, we do not have to verify the accuracy of the doc, just fill out our certificate. I had a SS call me on it once and pointed out that my portion of the doc started after the signature and anything above it was not my concern and would have to be addressed by the Title co, lender or signor, as I can't give advice. I ignore it. |
