You do not post your fees there on the platform, but when the text comes through, you can accept, decline, make offer, offer a different time, tell them to go fly a kite and block them...you can counter offer what your fees are. If they are interested, they will give you the closing via text and email.
Yes, you can use your own fee structure. If they use your fee structure is up to them. Usually there is little communication. They send the text out to their tops, and they accept or decline or counter...and the SS or title company then picks and chooses what is best for them. If someone accepts what they pitch, they won't negotiate with you because they got what they want. Hope that helps. |
