| Yes, exactly. And many of us feel it's taking advantage of people who are already in financial distress. There are agencies out there that will help people who need it for free. Also, most of those companies want us to include a statement that we're their representative. (And I suspect they want to piggyback on the fact that we're notaries to try to lend some 'authority' to these transactions.) No thanks. |
