Not all my apples in the SD cart, however, I don't snub $100.00 closings no matter what the platform, it's on the company and their track record for me, and how I base who I extend my credit to. Actually very few come from SD these days as most have been blocked on my end.
We have much more competition here in FL apparently than OR, so that makes a huge difference, and so happy to hear you make much more, but seems the times a changing. Good luck, I hope it holds for you. Always make more money when you can, but don't judge the book by its cover. jmo |
