Either you haven't tried very many or Signing Services actually realize that there isn't much use in messing up their current list by continually adding inexperienced people when they can't keep the experienced ones busy during a declining--with no end in sight--market. Reason I say this is that during the busy boom years, I simply never heard of being turned down . But the boom is over, so I guess it makes sense for them to not want to bother with unnecessary busy-work while trying to keep their own head above water.
