It cancels within 2 hours of Appt. time, in which case you should be offered a (varies by co) print fee. Some TCs won't pay anything as it the chance you take when working for a (supposedly---make sure it IS) HIGH-paying TC.
Also, make notes as some companies do this too often. About all you MAY be able to get away with is a slight increase in fee for the re-schedule--but you could get pushback on that.
