True, due to several large-size documents. But sometimes you also have multiple signers, and they usually include a separate notary certificate for each signer, even if signing the same document. They can also get a little complicated when there are multiple entities involved, so it's critical to review in advance.

In my experience, commercial loans usually provide a higher fee than a regular package. If dealing directly with a title co, $250 is not unusual - at least here. They're also expecting a very high level of professionalism.
