I have sent letters of complaint for failure to fulfill contractual obligations in a real estate transaction to the Virginia regulatory agency (VA Bureau of Insurance) and First American Title Ins Co (who Potomac Title is appointed with and who issued the lenders title insurance in this transaction.) I confirmed at the courthouse that the Deed of Gift and DOT that I notarized in this transaction were both recorded. |
