But no, you have to abuse this site because your response time here is quicker than the response time on your own support system. Totally lame.
And BTW, SD's "typical response time" to a notary is no response at all. Notaries need answers fast, but all you're interested in is collecting your $$$ from the deadbeat and/or cheap outfits with which you do business and then occasionally glancing at your support e-mail. If you monitored your support site as much as you stick your nose in to NR, you might not have to take advantage of the owners of this site so often. You've been asked countless times to leave this forum but you and SD are either too dense or unprofessional or both to get the hint.
