| I just got a phone call from Jeremy. "Do you have two minutes to answer a couple of questions?" I assumed it was like a marketing type survey so I said ok. It turned out it was a test mostly questioning the way things are done in California. How many journal entries for a certain group of documents....Pretend I'm the customer and issue an oath. I told him I am in Virginia and we don't necessarily do things the same as in California. He said I had to know the CA rules and if I didn't I wouldn't pass. He was really short (snide) on the phone telling me they take the rules very seriously. I have been a notary/signing agent for 12 years with only one error and he is talking down to me like I am an idiot. Finally I told him I didn't have time for his crap and hung up on him as he was berating me. I just looked at my profile on the 123 site and he has removed my certification that I have had for about 5 years (I was bored one day and it was cheap). What a piece of work!!! |
