"trump used the services of many well established contractors to build his casinos and when they were finished he refused to pay them all he owed them."
This is a standard Trump business practice he's used for 40 years. His usual excuse is that he didn't like the job they did.
Unless things have changed recently, his company (which, in reality, is him) still owes over $5 million to two contractors for work they did on his new hotel in DC - which opened this past September. Work is done, Donald - pay the bills.
This is the self-proclaimed "great businessman" who has bankrupted 6 companies (1 of them twice), leaving thousands unemployed and hundreds of contractors unpaid. And now we're starting to see his business skills in action as he fumbles his way through the first month of his Presidency. I don't recall seeing this much confusion at the beginning of any other administration. Most Presidents come in with a professional staff that knows what they are supposed to be doing. This one, not so much.
Trumpsters - don't say we didn't try to warn you. You bought the snake oil, and now the rest of us have to sit back and watch as this whole thing starts going sideways. The Flynn resignation just 24 days in could just be the tip of the iceberg.
