Haven't heard back yet but may have found a workaround

After using tinyurl.com to change the links the same posts were still blocked. So I tried moving the link around inside the post and either adding a blank line or two or just delete a blank line. That seemed to work to allow the post to be posted.

Not sure why or what it is that is blocking them originally, but for now, this seems to be a quick fix until NotRot works out the real issues.
