IMO, it's not the same thing at all. He constantly takes credit for things he has nothing to do with but goes silent when they reverse. An example - yesterday the DOW went up by 600+ points, and this morning he tweeted about it. Today, the DOW gave back about half of that - I'm not expecting him to say anything about that at all.
I'm not opposed to giving him credit for stuff he actually does, but he hasn't done anything positive yet. I am definitely opposed to him taking credit for the things he had no involvement in. He has done it time and time again, claiming credit for job increases that were initiated before he even decided to run for the presidency. In one case, he actually made up an automobile factory that he said was coming back to the US from South Korea. He continues to say things that are demonstrably not true, and his followers believe him. I'll continue to call him out for that. |
