Re: Bionic shoulders and bum knees

None of us came with a life time warranty on parts. My brother is on his second rotator cuff surgery, then going in for a new right knee. He has a new elbow on his right arm after the first rotator cuff surgery on his right arm. Too much surfing and hoisting drywall, two by fours. Knee surgery is pretty successful and people I know are happy with the fast recovery and positive results.

I'm starting to creak and groan from long gardening hours, but I do bounce back for the moment. Can change any time.

I love to stretch and exercise with a jump rope. No jumping but pulling the rope while stretching. Yesterday I walked 12,000 steps per my fit bit..after a couple glasses of pinot last night for Valentine's celebration with friends, I died in the down and woke up at 4am. But can't do the hike I did yesterday cuz I gotta jamb. Printing and running out the door in a while here.
