I was finally able to stay on the bike for 20 minutes straight the last two days, five months after fracturing my hip. So just being able to move and maintain the momentum here.
I also starting alternating oatmeal with berries and walnuts (how I eat it) with green smoothies for breakfast.
Stuck at my desk all week hitting the books hard so trying not to snack. I don't typically drink caffeinated coffee (don't need it) but sipped on a tall one yesterday as I worked and was able to skip lunch.
Will try to skip two lunches a week, and focus more on greens at dinnertime.
Salmon with quinoa and sweetened kale salad (posted somewhere down below) for dinner so says the chef! My fav dinner! |
