Well my husband is retiring in 2 weeks and if he wants something to do I will sign him up! (Me I am quite happy in little old Madison Ohio.)

I am originally from Canada (I became a US citizen) years ago. The line about the Foreigner then the one about if you aren't from Canada here's how to sign up, is a little puzzling to me? If you aren't from Canada wouldn't that make you a foreigner?
