Some of these might surprise you; e.g., drink whole milk - "Circulation (publication) in 2016 concluded that those who consumed the most dairy fat had a 50 percent lower risk of developing diabetes" as well as the recommendation to go ahead and have that extra cup of coffee - "reduces your risk of stroke, diabetes and some cancers. And in a 2015 study published in the journal Circulation, Harvard researchers discovered that “people who drank three to five cups of coffee per day had about a 15 percent lower [risk of premature] mortality compared to people who didn’t drink coffee,” says coauthor Walter Willett, M.D."
