Since I never paid with a credit card (I would automatically be renewed and charged full price) all I get is an email saying it has automatically renewed. So I call the number, get an automated message to make a selection. 'Cancel' is an option so I do that. I am then transferred to a live person and express that I wish to cancel. But wait...we can 'renew' you another year for 1/2 the price!
Okay...I guess I can do that. I then ask for a statement to be mailed so I can pay by check. It's a routine we both know will play out the same way.
