| He passed last night near my lavender garden. I believe it was simply of natural causes. Henri survived a rattlesnake bite about 5 years ago. He was a strong dog. I rescued Henri in 2006 from an Animal Shelter and he's been a great friend, scout and guardian here. He was 16 YO. The last six months of his life have been more interesting when Romeo joined us in October and Henri had someone to hang out with. The only complaint Henri had about Romeo is his voracious appetite, and he had to be sequestered at meai times. So long, my beautiful canine companion. We'll miss you. Happy Trails, Henri! |
