I love these hawks...very common in my neck of the woods...
owls are also very prevalent, especially in my trees. I love hearing them at night. hooing all night long.
When the dogs are sleeping, the blue CA quail will slip by them. Many new families of quail early this spring. Papa sits on the fence watching Mama and her brood from above as they scurry across the yard. |
