It's not easy to come to terms with parts of your body being sawed off and drilled on but the newer knees are said to last 25 to 30 years per my doc. Hope he's right!
I was listening to two orthopedic surgeons who said to give plenty of time between two knee replacements so you will forget the pain from the first one. Haha! Gotta laugh!
BTW - I was crippled last night after a long day in the garden, forgot to take my Aleve, woke up this morning, did another hour of workouts and ready to go at it again. Keep moving or.... |
