Nice to see you back! Getting up and out is the best for you, and what a lovely tribute to honor your husband and marriage doing a name change. Yes, it's a PIA...I never changed mine back after a divorce just for that reason (I wish I had though now).
You should be able to do a name change online for your commission with the proper documents, or mail it in. You didn't miss much, but glad to see you are opening the new book and starting a brand new chapter in your life!
