On our weekly menu:
Mix 2 cups grated cauliflower, 2 cups mozerrela cheese, 2 eggs. Spread thin onto parchment paper (will stick to cookie sheet).
Cook the crust at 450 deg, for 15 minutes on parchment paper on the oven grate. Remove and add.....
We add a fine chopped layer of spinach, kale and chard then cover with favorite sauce.
Add more cheese then whatever else you want. We add pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, onions, red and green peppers.
Gorge yourself! Be prepared to lose a pound!
Put the beer and soda down! |
