Well, performance says everything. They cut easily and precisely. I made chicken soup in my slow cooker today and chopping onions, garlic, celery, carrots, parsley, potatoes, garlic and tumeric was a breeze. I'll be going by Williams Sonoma this week to check out what they have on display and see what they look like compared to what I bought, the packaging, etc.

I also bought a very handsome copper pot hanger. Going to town on my kitchen upgrades.
