At approximately 11:30pm last night my wife said it sounded like a huge truck rambling out of control, in front of our house, then this huge jolt that shook the house. She was in bed upstairs, I had fallen asleep downstairs and didn't feel anything! Unusual because I usually feel the earthquakes.
It was centered near Rancho Cucamonga, just north of us and measured about 3.8 on the scale.
Haven't heard of any injuries or major damage which is good. Guess that means we have moved a few feet closer to the ocean.
