| All too common, Mike. People need ti use better judgement, stay home, use a Uber or designated driver if you want to drink away from home. Cost a lot of $$$ to be careless and thoughtless. All citizens participate in rising cost of Insurance, court costs, hospitalization, time lost in work (perhaps loss of job), and all DUÌ costs. The biggest loss is loss of human life and broken hearts to family and friends. |
