Wondered if this was related to your retinal tear years ago... Good to hear the procedure was helpful. Also interesting that cataract surgery might influence dry eye. So far, I haven't had that issue, but I was informed that cataract surgery is likely in my future at some point. (Fortunately, not in the near future - I hope...)
