Only 9% put less than 10% down. Wow
Thanks for the article. The 18th item in the list suggests that only a few put down less that 10%. It seems that for every 100 purchases I did in 2010, 90% were FHA loans with 3.5% down. The other 10% of the people paid cash or much more than 3.5%. Maybe I read that wrong.
