I hope they don't owe you money. Seems like they

accidently paid some folks, but for the most part, since 2008, have had a skull & crossbones as their unofficial logo. Sorry if you got ripped off.

This morning, I was on hold to talk with someone there for the about 20 minutes and the line finally just went dead. I have emailed, left voice messages and talked directly with representatives there trying to get paid on a closing I did for them on 4/25/11. Friday it will be 2 full months and no payment.

I called one of their employees at home and was told that they are out of business and I'm out of luck!

Looks like it's time to contact the state regulatory agency

in GA - a title company can't just "go out of business" without some accountability for the funds they handle.

I'd be on the phone with the State of GA Ins. Commission

Did they provide you with a case number? If not, they have not filed yet and there is a difference in how things are handled from once they file.

I dont believe that, I have been sending them emails, and although they have not answered them, 8 different people got my emails and read them from cogent. They are deadbeats and owe me from 4/29/11. This is what they do, they ignore until they feel like paying, I am going after them with everything I got!!!
