Thanks I wanted to put up the Singing in the Rain version of "Good Morning, Good Morning" which I think was the first I posted on NotRot - but now all those seem to have the embedding disabled

A great one! Debbie Reynolds is auctioning off the knit dress she wore in that production for million $$. The good ole sounds of musica, huh. She also has Dorothy's (OZ) shoes and Hello Dolly's Gold Lemay gown on the auction block..She's been collecting for years. She's 79 and looks great!

Debbie Reynolds. About 20 odd years ago, Debbie owned a
hotel just off of the LasVegas Strip. Actually named The Debbie Reynolds. I was involved in a business transaction regarding the hotel, and spent a few days there. Had the opportunity to see her perform at the hotel, and to spend a a few hours meeting with her and "her people" to work on the transaction. Very nice, and charming lady. She gave me an autographed picture, that I have buried away somewhere. As I recall she had a little "museum" set up at the hotel with a lot of Hollywood memorobelia. Might be a false memory, but think that the Ruby Slippers were there. And thanx to Sylvia. Keep 'em commin'

When you took your much needed break from posting a song each day, I seriously (and probably others did too) thought of trying to continue it, BUT, it just wouldn't be the same without coming from you. Thanks so much for starting it up again. You lift each one of us up each morning.
