ID Question... I'm stumped by this one.
During my call to B to confirm, I always tell 'em I need ID...DL, Passport, yada, yada. Man says all he has is 'a photo ID card that allows him on an airline flight'. ???? What? Says it's not-- nor does he have-- a DL, State ID or Passport--does anyone know what he's talking about because I sure don't.

Maybe he doesn't realize it is a State ID.

Bingo, LeeA!
Later realized I had signed this man a few years ago and dug out my journal and, sure enough, a State ID is what was used then & they don't expire. Airline card, indeed...mmmpgh.

It's used for frequent travelers. He's been scrutinized by Homeland Security/Feds so he doesn't have to go thru the security lines everytime he flys. I would think this id has an expiration date along with picure so you can use it for his id. He doesn't drive?

Nope. Older gentleman--stroke/heart attack/something and was told several years ago he could no longer drive.

I don't think the state issues the passes for security it's the Fed's. This is what I think he has you need to call him to ask. http://www.wired.com/politics/security/news/2004/03/62777

maybe he's a relative of someone who works for the airline and that allows him to fly for just paying the taxes.

Could it be a passport card?

Sounds like one of those NEXUS ID cards
There is another company that does them too - Sentri I think
I would check with your SOS to see if it is acceptable.
