Is this the same Jessica Nowlin?
Take a look at the Acknowledgment on page 8.

Another bonehead notarization from some group of people, done just last month!
(PS -- these are all public documents from state records)
This notary added the capacity (strictly forbidden by CA law):

Doing a search, it appears that these people all work together and notarize each others signatures all day long. There's nothing wrong with that... except that they all clearly have no freaking clue what they're doing.

Oh, wow....
What was she thinking???? That certification is 100% illegal by California law. For those that aren't as familiar --- in it she is certifying the representative capacity of the signer (as attorney in fact). No matter how you look at it -- that is completely wrong, wrong, wrong.
The second one is just downright hilarious!!! LOL!!!!

I'm speechless!
Well, not exactly....
These two need to be turned into the CA SOS office (regardless if she's the same Jessica L. Nowlin masquerading as a PA notary in the Paul Gambs post). Both Jessica L. Nowlin and Donna J. Frowd (who signed and stamped on 2 acks where Nowlin is identified as the notary) are currently commissioned notaries working for McGowan and Assocates Insurance Agency, one in Novato and the other in Petaluma. Everything they did is illegal. Amazing they passed the notary test and still don't having a clue on what to do as a notary.
How did you find this stuff?

Re: I'm speechless!
The one below says shes' in PA, not CA.
But that doesn't bode well for Notaries with that name... what are the chances?

Re: I'm speechless!
If you can just look at the Docs and tell they're incorrect, the county clerk must be in on it also, no way should these Docs be filed! IMO

Yea Marian, I think it's two different ones, I'm going
to bed, not often you see two people with same name embroiled in controversy. IMO

I took it as she is in PA because that's what it says on NR. I and NR could be wrong.
